The staff was over the top friendly. Not fake, but genuinely went out of their way to provide great customer service. The only downside was our room smelt like a wet dog. I honestly didnt want to say anything becuase the staff was so friendly, but the smell was so bad.

Dog poop in hallway. But staff were super friendly and helpful.

Stayed here prior to a surgery at the hospital that is near by. room was typical and clean. I cannot say about the food as I was not allowed to eat.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. I did notice some peeling wallpaper above the shower.

This hotel is a great stopping point for regular trips. I really like the dog friendly hotel. Only gripe would be? Room carpet is stained with many pet stains. I guess a lot of peoples pets aren't potty trained? That, is a bummer. My dog can smell it on the chairs, walls, floors, hall and stairs. Hope it's cleaner than it seems.

We rented two rooms and both rooms had ants. They were everywhere. I complained to the front desk and they could not place us anywhere else because the hotel was filled up. The next day my husband asked if they could help get rid of the ants and they said they would send someone. No one came. One of the staff came in and wiped the bathroom floors that was about it even though we had asked if they could vacuum our rooms. I took photos to document it and I was bitten twice in my sleep. I highly do not recommend this hotel. When I initially complained on the first hour we arrived to our room the lady said an exterminator was going to arrive the next day but we never saw anyone.

Close to hospital

Had a great stay overall. Breakfast biscuts and gravy better than the IHOP across the street. Great staff and the little blonde dude working in the dining room was working. Guy keep it rolling despite a large crowd. Give that guy a raise for real! Great location for surrounding food, drinks and random stuff. We would stay again on our next visit. Price was great as well.

This property was clean and staff was very friendly. However the property could use some TLC.

This property was my go-to for many years, but has declined immensely since I first started staying here. The property is in need of some serious deep cleaning.. I will be seeking alternatives from this point forward

We stay here a bit. The staff always goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back again and again.
