Affordable and reliable place

Very clean, friendly staff, great accomidations, however one lone hallway is half smoking, half non snoking and the hall stunk of stale cugarettes.

Lack of accessible outlets for electronic devices was inconvenient and found pillows too full. Otherwise loved cleanliness, size of suite, and overall welcoming feel provided by staff

Was good, i liked that we have access to the hotel from one side and the other side a door directly to the parking. The room was spacious, AC was old and not working properly thats why the 4 stars

The location is great. The property was quiet and it was nice to have a little restaurant in the hotel. The hallways were the smelliest I have ever been in and some of the rooms that were non smoking smelled very strongly of smoke. The hot tub was out of order which was not mentioned. We will attempt a different hotel next time we stay in Stony Plain.

I loved the accomadation and staff messages to keep me included and informed of the property and stay. Loved the room! Slept 6! Our own little condo lol Will definitely be considering this again

Loved the inside/outside access because we travel wth a lot of gear. Made it easy to get in and out each day. Didn’t like we never had a parking spot in front of our room and breakfast wasn’t included.

It was as good as I expected, clean, friendly staff, quiet. Only slight is that I could tell it was a smoking room not that long ago.

I already spoke to the front desk supervisor about my experience. I will not bw returning.

We requested a non smoking room but non available. It’s pet friendly but cost 27 extra plus a 100 extra deposit. All pet friendly rooms have been smoking rooms before!??

What’s a unique property with lots of room and a very cool swimming area. However there needs to be some maintenance done.
