The room is large and clean. No direct access to the beach, need to cross the road, but there is a skybridge that links directly to the hotel and the beach. Near Miami Beach. Breakfast is great in terms of variety & taste.

Nice place to stay. The layout of the building is a bit weird, but that is ok.

Great ambiance, great food, great space, great hospitality, great staff, great cleanliness.

Staff friendly, kids friendly, behind the sofabed dusty.

Really enjoyed. Kids love the pool very much. Delicious cookies.

Staff was friendly, & very prompt. This place is great if you only want to travel around Batu Ferringhi, cos its very far from City Centre. The room I got seems abit rundown & dusty. But the seaview is therapeutic. Great experience for a first timer in Penang.

Staff very helpful and big swimming pool very cozy for children

We asked to hot our baby food however the hotel dint allow. They have a policy not to warm baby food .

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel... because the room size was quite spacious for me.

The staff was very friendly and accommodates to your every request, especially the restaurant staff during high tea. Exceptional!

Nice atmosphere, clean and cool room.... The less pleasant thing is: the receptionist's slow work and everything has to be paid for, like we borrowed a knife and plate to eat papaya in the room, charged RM 5. It's not much, but it's never happened before when I stayed at other hotels. The check-in time took 3 hours, because of the complexity of their system and it seems they didn't leave any notes or anything for our reservation. Stayed for 8 days 7 nights with 2 of the same rooms.. Plus extra bed and breakfast.... Every time we wanted breakfast, we would have to confirm that this room had an extra person who had been paid for... Imagine having to repeat this every day when meeting different staff... Even when checking out... Our credit card used for a deposit of RM 1,500 had to be swiped twice because the payment was forgotten to be inputted.. I don't blame the staff who served our check-out... The staff who served us at check-in should have left a note so that the checkout process could be faster with a clear calculation. We were required to repeat the same explanation again when checking in. Even when it was finished, we asked for a receipt, but were told it would be emailed and in a hurry.. The Grab car arrived to pick us up at the airport. The process took about an hour in a state of anger... Hopefully Hilton can fix its system and employee training... 90% of the employees are very friendly and helpful.. However, there are some people we meet every day,

great view!! cold aircon, clean even the balcony... the housekeeping name SHOHAG is very kind and helpful! for waitress in the restaurant some really friendly, but some must have training, i think...

Great stay at the Hilton Ferringhi. Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. The cookies upon check-in were a sweet touch. Room was clean and breakfast variety was too good. Would definitely be back for a longer stay. Only downside is that it’s a distance from the city centre.

The room is very well kept and clean, comfy mattress for a good night's sleep. Staff is friendly during check-in and out. It comes with a signature welcome cookie which is so delicious.

Everything was great, kids happy, very cozy room and spacious (just dont like the view 😅 facing hotel entrance), didnt try their food or bfast, but i heard all good. Will recommend to others! 🩷

Pool need to wear proper swim wear no sauna or steam room or hot pludge pool to relax to be consider as family hotel check in and check out was quick and effiicient
