Great Staff, the ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly all the time. lot of details, we appreciate those chocolates and the motivation quotes on a daily basis. the bell boys were kind and helpful all the time. We had a few issues with the AC and the remote control and they were responsive and helped us out, Restaurant is not what used to be, the food quality can be improved, we had breakfast once, around the area you can find better options for less.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location—it's central to bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Metro, making it super easy to get around. Even though it's close to the nightlife, the room itself was quiet and peaceful enough for a great night's rest. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Hotel was good, room was fairly clean and amenities were okay! Good location!

No mini-bar/fridge in room; no hair dryer. Coffee service in room daily stocked, a plus, as well as bottled water provided daily. Piece of chocolate on top of a positive card left daily on bed; appreciated. TV screen took a while to understand how to make it work, in addition volume +/- had to be done manually. Food was wonderful. Room service accurate and quick. Excellent staff all around. Definitely worth the stay.

The staff in every department was outstanding. Each person went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and provided a great selection each morning. We ate most of our meals there. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was handicap accessibility. Certain areas were difficult to navigate. They did provide me a stool for in the shower without be asked upon my arrival. Bravo to the bellman.

Prime location in CDMX. I got sick halfway through my stay, so I didn't leave the room half the time I was there. On that note, the bed was comfy and room service was available 24 hours a day. Staff was attentive

Good location if you want to party

Everything was excellent from the moment I checked in by this lovely lady at front desk. My room was very spacious and beautiful.
