Amazing hotel! It was very luxurious, very safe and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy, I would recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Peru!

Deserves a 5 star. Excellent hotel. Great location.

Rooms are large and well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. 24 hour Security around the paremeter of the hotel was noticeable and nice to see.

The whole stay is amazing but Beto the bartender/ server is one of the best employees I have ever seen at a hotel. Amazing customer service

We stayed here for two nights. Upgraded to business one bedroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Plenty of Peruvian and European options. Close to gold club

It was first time in Lima, Peru. Swissotel was an excellent choice. Friendly, secure, with all possible services. The front desk and the concierge staff went above and beyond the call of duty. For me, a flawless experience.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I also liked how many cafes were walking distance. The hotel itself is very comfortable - it is a little older but definitely still great.
