I really like the hotel and the services. The front desk was especially helpful in helping me plan train transport from Windsor to York. They really went out of their way. Everything was clean and lovely. The only issue I had was that even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, Someone had smoked in the room beforehand. The room smelled of smoke when I first checked in. Luckily, it mostly dissipated after I have the window open for a while.

Lovely breakfast area. Rooms well decorated. Great place to stay when visiting Windsor as close to every attraction.

Lovely place to stay

The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re visiting Windsor Castle. It’s a beautiful area to walk around and we loved watching the swans. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the restaurant. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very professional and nice. They were great at accommodating our special needs and were very timely in responding to emails we sent prior to arrival. Thank you all very much.

Excellent hotel. Lovely, large, luxury room. Very quiet. Bed was a tad firm for me, but it was okay. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very pleasant stay. Check in was very welcoming and the room was very clean, Shower was wonderful Had breakfast sat by the window taking in the beautiful view of Windsor

Loved everything about my stay here.

Very comfortable room. Staff very polite and helpful. Excellent location (although was a bit of noise from revellers in the street below as is in the main part of town, but very handy for the shops, castle and other attractions). Breakfast was excellent too.

Fabulous location for exploring Windsor. Great food places and pubs and shops close by.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful Benny was Great! Just across the street from the castle Only negative issue was the entrance is on a walking street and paid parking was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel Will definitely stay there again if we get back to Windsor

We stayed for 1 night only. The hotel was nice; however, there was a sewer problem and we had 2 trucks parked next to our room fixing the problem for 2 hours (11PM - 1PM). They woke us up and the smell was horrible. The hotel did nothing about it and they knew there was a problem. They proposed for us to move to another room w/ no rollaway bed right when the Sewer trucks were gone. But they knew of the problem way before 11PM. They could have moved us then, but they didn't. They had us go through this in the middle of the night. We would like our money refunded for the night.

Nice hotel,good river view from the sir Christopher wren,parking at the riverside train car park allocated to the hotel is very tight parking bays,i have a new car and parking is ridiculous.
