The staff at the dining had an attitude when I asked that pancake machine be changed. But the other staff were very friendly, respectful, and professional. The cleaners did a terrible job. I had my room cleaned one time and they just replaced the towels and made my kids bed. They didn’t make mine or clean the floor. Came back and met the room pretty much the same way.

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and friendly staff.

Comfy bed, spacious room and clean. Staff was friendly especially the chef and housekeeping was on point. Our room was cleaned and restocked within an hour of going downstairs. Pool was great and the towel system was a big help.

We had a great time and the room was great except for the AC. The AC was not cooling properly.

The property, and all employees were great with the exception of one who threatened to call the police if we moved our pools Chairs! Yep , can’t make this up.

Everything was Awesome

Nice pool area - the room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was also good.

Tub was dirty and did not drain. Left for the day at 9am and room was never cleaned. Outside pool and beach access was nice.

The staff (at all levels) was very friendly. From front desk, to maintenance, to food services, to the cleaning staff, all were pleasant, informative, and helpful. Will definitely start again.

Nice place to stay

We stayed two nights for a girls trip and had the BEST time. The property is CLEAN, the employees were friendly, and the location is perfect. The pool bar was a nice perk too!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time . It was so relaxing and the staff was very nice and helped us if we had any need or problem .

Great place to stay very friendly staff and great breakfast

Room was by the elevator so it was a nosy area . Entering the hotel there’s an immediate smell which continues in the room. Poor water pressure and the faucet for the tub was hanging on for its life so you have to be very careful when turning on the shower head. Multiple rolly Polly’s in the bathroom .
