We enjoy everything.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice.

Our room was not ready and extremely rude bartenders. A bright spot was the food at the casino was pretty dang good!!!

Very clean and check in host did a excellent job. Stayed in king suite with balcony. Only thing im gonna hit on is there was no microwave which was very shocking.

Nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating but the views are nice and the staff are friendly

Very convenient to where we needed to be. However, the carpet was loose and created a tripping hazard. Also, not very clean. Coffee shop was great!

Just an overnight getaway. The place is old and rundown. Beds are uncomfortable. The restaurant doesn’t have great choices and are overpriced. Has a casino in building and another at bottom of the hill. Asked about shuttle to the lower casino and response was “Yeah we have one” but didn’t know what hours they were running. So basically we could wait outside to see if they were still running. Too cold for that so we stayed at theirs and lost, lost lost.

Nice place to stay, casino was small but perfect, nice atmosphere. Nice people good times.

The service was great, the room… ehh not so much. I got “upgraded” to a King Suite and it was not the clean suite I had envisioned. I had my wife and 7month old with me and I was playing music that weekend in downtown. And needless to say all of us were let down. The pool was open but the water and pool were slightly slimy, a little dirty looking and pool tiles were missing in a few places. The room itself had dirty and ripped curtains, extension cords everywhere (not ideal for a newly crawling baby) lights out, doors off the hinges and ripped and disturbed carpet. I explained all this to the front desk and they simply said sorry I’ll let maintenance know. Not a discount or offer for refund, nothing. So we won’t be staying here again, even though most of the staff was great.

The bar staff was attentive the place was booked out.better off going to buckys bar if you want a drink

Property is nice and the convenience to play in the casino onsite was an added bonus.

I was honestly shocked! I was a little embarrassed to stay at a casino with kiddos. Especially in a family town like Prescott. It was great! We have stayed in a lot of other local area hotels but never here. This one is definitely now “in rotation!”
