Easy checkin with friendly staff.

Great Location

Needs renovation

I had just worked a double shift in the medical field. I wanted something I could cool off the room, quiet and comfortable bed to get some rest before returning to my job in the morning. It all went well until waking up to a hot room and realizing the power was out through out the town. Luckily the power came back on within 45 minutes of me awaking to a completely quiet warm room.

Check in took over 25 minutes waiting on 1 person ahead of us. My kids were excited to use the pool, but we did not allow them to because it was dirty. Location was good, not too far from the downtown area.

For the price paid, just an out door pool. The breakfast set up had very few options

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The actual rooms themselves are nice and well cared for. The property feels quite old, and the pool was not clean when we tried to use. Didn’t quite feel like great value for what we paid, but would consider staying again if we were back in the area.

Great service

Very friendly front desk. Stayed on a Saturday night and overall quiet not too busy. Room was clean and everything was in its place

It was ok however the beds were very uncomfortable didn’t get a good night sleep. Curtains were dirty.

I had an employee staying there & he just asked not to be booked there again. Thought there may be bed bugs & had a couple of nights of very loud people. I normally don't book @ the Best Western in BW and this happens to be the second employee to complain

Hotel as a whole is very dingy and dirty looking. Rooms are outdated, hard to tell if they were clean, floors were sticky and gross, there was a large hole in our wall they hung a piece of art over to try to cover most of it. No ac turned on so our room was very hot and gross when we checked in. Would not stay here again. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. It’s gone downhill and nothing is done to keep it updated and clean. Would probably be better off at a motel 6 or staying somewhere outside Brentwood.

If soda machine is broken why hasnt it been fixed. No drinks and when asked for water at front desk employee seemed like they didnt wanna give to us

Good location…….Quiet…..friendly staff.

The beds and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Made it difficult to get a full nights sleep.

It’s what you would expect and the room was clean. Would return
