Nice stay and good location at a reasonable rate. The room was a nice size. Hotel employees were all courteous. The room was level one and faced a busy and noisy street.\

Convenient

Location was awesome and perfectly in the middle to walk down easily to Cannery row and San Carlos beach. Conveniently across a 7/11 for late night needs, lots of options for food nearby. Place was clean, housekeeping was awesome, most staff at the desk were friendly. Only downside was no microwave in the room and you could hear the people above us stomping back and forth very late at night! Also if you take a steamy shower beware of setting off the smoke detector. I set ours off very late at night and I was woken up in the morning to multiple neighboring rooms having theirs go off. Overall for the price and location I would definitely come back again.

The hotel was in a good location but I was put in a room right next to where breakfast was served and at 6 am I woke up because of all the noise as they were preparing for breakfast.

Customer service was impeccable, friendly and professional!

Inflexible. Entered a reservation for wrong date in error. Property refuses to honor change request and charged $200! Penalty despite being contacted within an hour of the mistaken reservation entry.

had no idea that the hotel was multi level with steps and the elevator could not help with all of the levels.

Getting to the rooms is a poor design, the elevator is extremely slow, and we had a family with young children above us jumping all night and started back up around 5:30 in the morning.

I stayed here overnight for a family trip to the aquarium. It was an enjoyable walking distance to our attraction along with the stores we visited along the way. The room we stayed in was meticulous and spacious for 2 adults, 2 teens, and one child. CVS is also nearby which was convenient for us when we needed to grab a few things. We just walked there and we walked there at around 10pm. It’s a quiet location—no dogs barking, didn’t hear people talking, and traffic sounds were very minimal. Breakfast was also pretty good with variety of options. The service desk was considerably kind. I would highly recommend this place!

WiFi wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 minutes. Noisy, thin walls, drafty door, you hear everyone walking by your door.

This hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the in-room amenities were nice and staff were great. The location is wonderful, within about 5 min. from Cannery Row and the aquarium. We were very happy with this hotel.

I give such low review because we got the room face to Foam St, very noisy at night time, vehicle sounds are terrible, i can’t fall asleep, in the morning 4am, The sound of the garbage truck emptying the garbage woke up our whole family，The room windows are very poorly soundproofed

This will definitely be our new family vacation hotel. Everything (the room, property, location and staff) was AMAZING. So friendly and the fact that they offer a complete full breakfast with coffee all day is really a game changer when you have little ones. Room and linens were in tip top shape. I was also amazed at how clean the floors were. All of the big tourist attractions are within walking distance. This hotel has the accommodation of the walking/bike path right across the street. We used that to get everywhere. Very convenient.
