Old, outdated, roaches, charged my bank hours before check in, pillows under pillowcases discolored, non smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke, elevator stunk, breakfast was 3 choices of cereal, milk 1 day old, 4 pieces of toast in cabinet, staff rude when called to ask why i was charged hours before check in. Will never stay a Baymont or Wyyndam again

Hotel needs a serious over-haul. Could be cute. Nice staff. Room was beat up tho.

Had one plug for the tv refrigerator and microwave bathroom shower we had to put are slides on

Main light when you enter the room wasn't working. gfi receptacle for hairdryer wasn't working. No stopper in tub for a bath. plumbing for tub/shower looked like it was about to fall off even though it wasn't. Can't believe Wyndham puts their name on this property.

My husband I have stayed here multiple times. It’s decent and inexpensive for the area. But it is starting to show signs of wear. Also, my room keys stopped working halfway through my stay and the clerk couldn’t understand that I was staying for another 3 days.

The hotel is in an deplorable condition . It needs an upgrade urgently. We left the hotel few hours later after the check in . Our money was refunded in 3 days .

Bed was clean but room in gereral was not cleaned the best. Floors were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned properly. Toilet was bad!!! WiFi was not consistent. Xfinity continued to try to connect for a fee. The Guest WiFi when connected was very slow.

The basketball hoop in the back was nice for me to play with my boys and about the only good thing about the property. Guy checking me in was nice. Girl at breakfast looked inconvenience every time I spoke to her. No napkins, no milk and no protein options at all at breakfast. The one room I booked had virtually no light at the mirror and the other the bathtub and bathroom was disgustingly dirty, still hair on the floor and the tub from previous occupants. Wife wouldn’t even shower it was so gross and I almost moved to a different hotel but my kids were tired and needed to sleep.

The worst place i have seen dirty smell we left we didn’t even stay it was HORRIBLE and we couldn’t get ANY of our money back I was disgusting

There was mold all in the room as well as spiders crawling around. Never again.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very uncomfortable bed that had urine stains on the mattress and not enough amenities and towels, The Jacuzzi tub has stain that makes the water look yellow. The Furniture in the room is worn and has rips and stains.

Overall cleanliness isn't good, remodel was incomplete, and the toilet didn't work like it should be.

The toilet and the floor was filthy

Walked into our room after checking in and it was humid reeking of weed. Walking on the floor turned out socks black, one of the beds titled if you sat on it, the bath tub was like a horror movie with grime and peeling paint, and the pool was filled with debris and dead bugs. Staff was very nice though.
