The staff was always friendly and made you feel so welcome. I would stay here again.

Overall very disappointed with my stay. Multiple issues through my stay, the TV didn’t work at all, the shower was only scalding hot so could not shower our whole trip. The pullout bed was super uncomfortable with a horrible mattress with stains. The room had a noxious cinnamon air freshener that was overwhelming and strong. For the money I paid for this stay I was incredibly disappointed and will not be staying at a Sonesta in the future. Sorry but just too many negatives coinciding with this property.

The suites had everything you need to feel like u were in ur own home. My location was closest to the front desk,cafeteria ,pool,and exercise area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to fix entry keys on request

Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Convenient to the interstate.

Convenient to naval base. Very appreciative that we were able to watch naval training graduation you had set up for we grandparents. Thank you so much. Key cards did not work very well at all. That definitely needs to be fixed. Had a one bedroom suite, which was nice but person sleeping on couch in living room had to come through bedroom to shower or use toilet. Also had no mirror in living room area that that could be used to apply makeup or fix hair.

The front desk staff was truly amazing!! My suite was clean.

They were trying to steal my money and didn’t wanna give me a room. I had to wait around for three hours to talk to my bank to let them know that the money did come out of my account, but they kept saying the money didn’t get to them and we were going back-and-forth about that for hours until at the end they just was forced to give me a room because I did pay the money as much as they say and declined it didn’t it took it out of my account including extra money I’m not sure if the lady got fired or what but I did receive all of my money back, but it was a headache the room and everything was nice and all, but when it comes to the funds very unprofessional

Very happy with our stay. Check in was smooth. We choose this location often when traveling to the theme park Six Flags Great America and enjoy it each time ;)

Nice hotel but the walls are a little bit thin, you can hear everything going on around you. From our room we had to walk outside to access the lobby. I wish this was different I’d prefer to not walk outside to enter the lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms seemed like they need to be updated a bit. They also need trash cans in the bathrooms as well.

Stayed here for my sons graduation from Navy bootcamp. Loved the large double suite. It was perfect for our family. Enough space and kitchen had everything we needed.The furniture and hotel needs some updating but to me that was a minor thing we noticed. Staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The room is great for sleeping 5. There are 2 separate bedrooms and they each have a bathroom. Nice little kitchen, we used the toaster,their are dishes silverware, pots and pans,dish towel,pot holder,full size stove/oven. There is a table with 4 chairs. There is a couch with pull out bed.not comfortable, kids handled it,minor complaints, a coffee table ,window,gas fireplace. Then 2 doors that close and lock,with the bedrooms. The couch sleeper has to walk through one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom. Its a good deal for families or 2 separate couples. Paid about 220 and it was worth it.

During my entire visit, they had to let me in my room because my card would only allow me to get to the building
