Clean, easy on off freeway, was nice

There on business for 2 nights. Staff are excellent, hard working individuals. Room was very clean. My only complaint was the hallways were very unkempt. I’m guessing they were short staff and prioritized cleaning the rooms.

Friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast

Our air conditioner didn’t work. The staff did try to fix it, however it never started working and it was 80 degrees in the room.

I didn’t like the $100 deposit requirement nor the pet fee of $55 per day!

The beds and pilliows are really comy.

Staff was not very organized, they were training staff when they had a long line, waited over 30 minutes to check in. I was not happy

Convenient to interstate, good parking. Staff very friendly. Stuck door, couldn’t turn on desk lamp. Breakfast was good but coffee was awful.

I really can't say that there was anything that we did not like.

I was surprised to see the reception gave me a room given to someone else. When the key didn't work, they remade the key for the same room. Until I opened and went into the room to find someone is in the room. Things to get worse, I was told that the receptionist is doing a long shift, and it was the reason for the confusion. Not even a proper apology for me. I am assuming there is no apology to the person in the room I opened. Never had this experience in my 40 years of traveling. Very disappointed.

My car was broken into during my stay.. paired with a poorly placed security camera, was a great stay up until i walked outside to that..

I waited at the front desk for check in for over 10 min. There were two employees behind the desk. One was on the phone addressing a past customer 's problem. The other one was sitting down behind the counter folding papers and doing nothing. Very Disrespectful. The dining staff and cleaning staff were Top Notch. Especially Deb in the dining room. Excellent customer service, was very polite and welcoming and warm. Cleaning crew were Great. Although the check in was rocky and I thought of leaving glad I stayed. Deb rocks.

Our stay was nice room clean good service

Front dest associate was very rude when i checked in. She wanted to argue with me even tho i had paperwork for a service dog. She wanted to charge $55 extra a night. Untill we showed more proof than should have been.
