Strange process of having to request a free refrigerator be delivered instead of having them in the room permanently. In addition, there was no valet when I needed my car at 5:00a.m. after being told the night before that there would be one.

The service was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there when a tornado hit, and after being evacuated to the lowest level, the staff provided water and snacks. Truly excellent service.

We booked a king room and were placed in an incredibly small room with a full size bed. We contacted the front desk and they proceeded to tell us the room we had reserved had a leak and the room we were placed in was the only available option. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room was not functioning properly. We were not happy with the cone of hotels and would not stay here again. It’s a big thumbs down from us!

Everything was great, I just wish I didn’t have to go all the way downstairs to use a microwave…They have complimentary portable fridges they bring to your room if requested

Great service. The HVAC system in the room was extremely loud when on but other than that, a solid property.

I was in St. Louis for a funeral and did travel by myself. The Hotel was lovely and I will stay with you again.

Expedia said there was charging for an electric car. But there was NOT. When we drive across the country, we like to choose a hotel with a charger so we start the day with a full battery. If a charger is added it would likely attract more guests. Otherwise, it’s a nice place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the in-room coffee was good
