I booked a double for 2 adults and 2 kids and the manager tried to give a king room instead because someone else needed a double room. Upon entry to the room I noticed the bathroom had black mold growing in the tub. Later that night I saw a few roaches (I have a kid who’s allergic to them). Killed it and told my husband as to which he said we’ll leave tomorrow since kiddos were sleep. That morning the toilet overflowed. Checked out immediately after that. Informed the front desk of the condition of the room and she acted as if it wasn’t a problem. Asked if we would be refunded for the remaining nights we did not and was told yes so now I wait to see if they’ll really refund. She was unable to print a receipt saying we’ve been refunded.

The rooms need to be updated the tub was old and nasty good thing my grandmother stay in Mississippi because was could not shower in our room the water did not get hot and it was just my luck that they did not have any more rooms due to the big storm

My stay was horrible starting with checking in at the front desk. The front desk clerk attitude was horrible. Get to the room, the door looked as if it was kicked in before, security top lock was gone, i told the front desk clerk and all she said was that she will let someone know and no one came or called and said anything. Then lastly on the last day of our stay, we seen A roach in the bathroom. This hotel is terrible.

Did not get the room that was reserved weeks ahead. Staff thought it was funny. No hot water and vending machines did not work. Just really a bad stay !!!!!

The hospitality was excellent, and the room and price were great. The only downside was that the exterior of the property was poorly maintained and dirty. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel, 10/10!

The hot water isn’t hot, also there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom which made me feel as if it wasn’t cleaned properly

Front desk staff was helpful. Cleanliness of the room is not good. Beds looked good and nicely made but floors, walls, and bathroom were not good. No coffee amenities in the room, and only available at breakfast. Doors slamming and noise all night long. Didn’t get much sleep. Need more attention to cleanliness…. Much more

Clean easy parking

Didn't get room I ordered toilet wasn't bolted down no pillow cases ac dirty breakfast had a muffins and granola bars you had to get your coffee and one of the plastic cups that are like in your room

My room had a bad odor when I first walked in. My shower nozzle fell off as I was adjusting the shower temperature. The wifi kept kicking me out of my Netflix app.

It’s good for a night to stay

One thing that can be improve is the “Free Breakfast”. Yogurt and energy bars are not what I consider a proper breakfast.

I did not like this hotel, won't stay there again, I put in for a room down stairs due to a recent knee replacement get there they assigned me a room on second floor with no elevator services. the room was dirty floor needed to be vacuum dust ever where, the noise level was very high around the building. won't stay again.

Didn't have a Continental breakfast like it said that's bull a two bite muffin or yogurt that's all they have

The rooms were Good for the price and the fact that it is only 2 decent places to stay in this lovely town, however the service was absolutely trash being that the hot water is a Known issue when there’s a large number of guest! The problem is that some rooms have hot water and others do not! All we asked for was to be able to take a hot shower before our departure and we were met with long hesitation and large attitudes from multiple members of staff particularly the front end desk clerk and what seemed to be the eldest housekeeper who acted as the front end manager but clearly was not! There was distain for the eldest housekeeper from other housekeepers who was glad that we reported this experience! I’m hoping it was an isolated incident but something tells me it’s not!

I like the staff and the service the parking lot was amazing but in the inside horrible
