Expedia claims that the hotel has heated outdoor swimsuits by pool while in reality the pool is close and does not open before mid of June. Gym room has one universal weight and it is broken. Breakfast is average. For the rate I paid $165 per night, it is not worth it. Expedia should reimburse me the full amount for false advertisement

Hotel was available at the last minute as my other reservation was abruptly canceled by the other hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff were friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended nice places to go to for kid activities dinner etc. Ample parking and location was close to places and about 10 minutes from legoland. Hotel otherwise as described.

I do have one complaint. The water never got hot. It was luke warm at best, so showering wasnt a great experience. There was no notification that there was an issue with hot water.

Our family needed a quick overnight place and this was perfect! Hampton Inns are our family’s favorite!

Average. Staff sub par. Especially the female staff member on the front desk. Small girl, lots of attitude. Not good for your hotel. Breakfast sub par, choices limited, but always running out of options, and it took long periods of time to have those options refilled. Staff just did not seem to really care less about anything.

My experience at this location was great! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous so I have no complaints. Also, the room was very clean!

Quick and friendly staff at check in

After driving several hours, Front desk clerk (Matthew) greeted me with a smile and eye contact. Very professional first impression of hotel.

Everything was very well taken care of. Even when we need maintenance in our suite.

Miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel they didn’t know I had added on a day but the issue was solved quickly. The room was very clean except the couch had some suspicious looking stains on it. Some of the breakfast items were great others awful

The grounds are kept nicely. Our room was clean and smoke free. I feel like the treat shop could be stocked better. Breakfast was great and the coffee was hot. Only thing is, the batter for the waffle machine seemed a bit too thick to come out that dispenser. I'd come here again.

Room had crumbs in the bathroom and in the room it self. Desk didn't seem like it had been wipe

I was a little afraid of the bath tub as it was slippery with no mat. Otherwise all was well.

I like the location of the property and that it offers a continental breakfast. The room was cleane and the staff wete polite. The only thing is that the smell of the bathroom could me made more fresh.

I found the beds to be very comfortable. I didn't want to get out of the bed this morning. The whole hotel was wonderful. I especially enjoyed chatting with Carmella. She is so sweet, friendly and wonderful to talk to. Will definitely consider Hampton Inn as my first choice for a hotel and will recommend to all my friends and family.
