Lovely staff very pleasant stay

I had a wonderful one night stay! I was in town for a concert. The location is close to downtown Memphis where the concert in the Orpheum.

The staff is amazing. Very central location, close to everything!

It was a great room we enjoyed ourselves

Great staff. Clean rooms and the entire building was spotless

The hotel charged a $22 parking fee. Its was a Wednesday, not crowded, and far enough way from downtown attractions so parking should be FREE. There was NO HOT WATER so taking a morning shower was a rude awakening. Needs updating!

Everything was great the service especially the waitress they were wonderful Tiara amazing.

I liked that the had a restaurant that served a variety of good food.

Front desk clerk rude and inpatient. She did not want me to explain my question of help and cancelled my reservation on the spot and kicked me out. I only had a question about the $100 credit card deposit for incidentials.

crowne Plaza is ideal place to see the sites

It’s a good place to stay in downtown.

The room was very clean. Staff was great and attentive. The breakfast was very good, hot and fresh and was checked regularly.

It was all a great experiance and the front desk was wonderful!!!

Lucas at the front desk made our stay very comfortable. He offered great service and accommodated all of our requests. The location was great and the waiters and staff were friendly. The breakfast options were very good. Would stay here again when visiting Memphis.

I didn't like paying 200 for a night and not have parking provided.it was apparently 50 bucks cause they charged a additional 50 for incedentals! And said parking was 22 but whatever..and I literally slept and left.. and and had to kill a few ants
