2 floor rooms are front of the housekeeper and maintenance offices. Super noise all day. Ac won’t cool down Water never gets hot Bathroom is rust everywhere Even the disable parking permit need to pay $17 a night for park when Virginia disable people park for free.!

The location is amazing being right on the boardwalk. The room was very clean and the housekeeping services were very good. The front desk was also very helpful. The hallways and elevators could have been more kept up, but overall the condition was great. The fitness center is a rack of hand weights and 3 treadmills, just fyi. Also, the "restaurant" is very limited. There would probably be a better value staying at a comparable spot that has an included breakfast.

Large room - bed comfy - great views from 3 sides(end unit). Hotel under construction - tho that didn’t affect us directly - would say it needs it! Rainy & VERY windy during our stay - caused windows to rattle - could feel air coming through near the heat/air unit & floor surrounding it got very wet. Informed staff upon checkout. IF hotel does daily room service we did not receive any - though we were gone most of the day. Can’t imagine what summer rates are for this hotel but certainly wouldn’t pay it to stay there!!

A pipe burst above our room on the 10th floor and water was pouring down to the lobby. Our room had water pouring out of everywhere at 6am. The staff ws great and did what they could for everyone, but there is not much they could do. They had to shut all water off in the hotel. I am asking for a full refund plus. Some of our stuff was soaked and we were acrambling to run down the stairs 10 stories.

The property was under renovation. I was out in a newly renovated room. The decor was nice and up to date. However, there were a few issues that the contractors needed to go back and fix. The facet in the tub was caulked or secured to the wall. There was a chunk of cabinet missed from the refrigerator cabinet and there was what looked to be moss, or some other green organism, growing on the sprinkler in the room. When I first checked in, the water pressure in the sink was spotty, however, this could be attributed to them having to turn the water off to renovate, and it resolved itself after awhile. The hotel is located in the oceanfront so you can’t go wrong with that. It was clean and quiet. I’d go back.

We have booked our room a month in advance. When we checked in, we noticed some renovations going on. We were told the pool wouldn't be open until the next day. The next morning the water was cut off. We called the Front Desk and were told they're about to call everyone thst they were shutting the water off for a few hours. We also received an email letting us know about the renovations going on. The hotel should hzve notified us a week before so we could made reservations somewhere else. That ruined our new year celebration.

It was fine everything was cool but picked it for the room and for the indoor pool and the pool is being renovated that should have been something listed before I booked it the kids looked forward to swimming we would have had to gone like to 30 something street to swim and I didn’t want to take them in and out the cold after swimming
