i had multiple neighbors screaming and banging until 2 am, then little kids were running up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am, the breakfast was not good, the employee who checked me in was very nice though! and the room seemed clean

Bathroom doors did not lock in both rooms.Pool was filthy bandaids on the pool deck and either very cloudy.Wieght room equipment was not working and very unsafe.Dresser drawers falling apart.

The bathroom in our room had significant ceiling damage from a leak above, paint and joint compound was flaking and coming loose. There was a crack in the shower floor that had been poorly repaired and was leaking, a second crack formed before we checked out. There was a bad smell in the room, like heat burned carpet or old pet urine. We reported these at checkout and were informed the "maintenance engineer" was spread out servicing multiple locations and was not able to address repairs quickly. We would like at least a partial refund.

Was average. Bed was comfortable.

The property is a little older, but was very clean and quiet. The woman who takes care of breakfast kept the food well stocked and the dining area was immaculate. She interacted with the clients and made sure that they felt welcome, but she was not intrusive. I made sure to thank her and know I appreciated it.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was quite. very close to shopping and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms need a little tlc as the one bed seemed a little broke and the outlets in the lamp did not work. Otherwise a nice stay. Staff was great at check in and check out

The room was clean and smelled clean. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. I would definitely come back.

Swimming pool was nice. But was very noisy at all hours especially at night, people going in and out, doors opening and closing continuously, especially the exit right at my room at the end of the long hallway. I don't think it was just normal guests, I think people actually live there on a regular basis. Not sure I would stay there again. Hopefully there is another hotel in the area that has a nice indoor pool.

Good place to stay for the price.

I was happy with this hotel for my trip. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some wear in tear in places but, as I said, it was clean. There was a fair amount of noise traveling from other rooms and the hall at night. The night I stayed there I was woken by rowdy guests several times. That is not on the hotel but I would bring earplugs next time. The staff was friendly and this was a convenient location. There are a ton of stores and other services just a few minute drive away. I could get everything I needed for my event. I will be back next time I have a work in the area.

room was missing catch on the inside safety latch other guests were *very* noisy and in the pool until 2 AM. made it hard to sleep. otherwise, premises were clean and convenient

First impressions are important. The hallway hadn’t probably seen a good vacuum in weeks. The same dirt on the floor was there from the time I checked in until the time I checked out - 4days/3 nights. This hotel’s only saving grace was the service-oriented breakfast attendant.

Stayed here to visit some friends and we would not recommend this hotel. I requested a room cleaning because they don’t do it automatically, and our room was never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and never had our towels replaced or the trash taken out etc. Other hotel guests were loud with kids running through the halls late at night, and I witnessed a fight in the parking lot. We were glad to leave this place.
