At first we where there at 3pm for check in and rooms were not available. We got our room and we passed by other vandalized rooms. When we opened the door it looked like someone forced entry, there was spider webs on curtains with mosquitoes, when we firts opened the shower dirty water came out. There was no trash can. We did not feel safe so i never left my kids there alone, even though they are 19 and over.

Molding, ceiling peeling off, and pool water dirty my copd kick in started coughing and sneezing.

Check in was one hour late didn't have the room clean got to the room and there was a blood stain on the bed linen changed room and the toilet was overflowing in that room never will book this property again

Super close to Disney and a lot of restaurants, stores, souvenir shops, etc. Free shuttle to Disney. Free continental/cold breakfast. Quiet area. Very nice staff. Big pools, playground and arcade room. Spacious wardrobe, complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine.

The pictures online are far from what this place actually is. Blood stains on the carpet, bathroom light was flickering like a horror movie, dirt and dust accumulated from years of not cleaning properly. Switched my room to a different one and it was infested with roaches lol. I just left and bought a room at Hilton. Don’t let the price entice you. Spend a little more on a hotel that cares enough to clean and doesn’t advertise as a nice place to stay while actually looking like a crackhouse.

I didnt feel safe, it was rundown and so sketchy, no doorknob on conjoined doors to strangers room, rust and missing paint amd cracked walls every where and sketchy electrical

The staff is very polite, the room was very clean, it’s a really good choice for the price.

Place is absolutely terrible. Front door looks like it was broken into, the smoke detector was on the counter with no batteries, and there was a hole in the wall. Property does not look like what is pictured on the listing. DO NOT BOOK

The staff was very helpful and friendly but the conditions of the rooms was very poor a upgrade is very much needed

Slightly rundown

There were bed bugs on the mattress, and roach or rat dropping on the head board, and the mattress was stained.

Horrible

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable for any guest. The phone had all of the keys and mechanisms ripped out of it. The curtains were shredded. The fire alarm appeared to have been ripped off the wall, along with whatever else was attached that left some kind of plastic piece behind. Maybe it was a thermostat? From the advertisement, it looked like there should be a hairdryer and coffee maker in the room, but there were none. There was not even a box of Kleenex or a trashcan anywhere to be found. There were mold stains all around the base of the shower and the refrigerator in the cabinet. This did not surprise me because the shower curtain would not stay on the curved rod, and all of the water was pouring out as we were trying to use the shower! We had to mop it up with our towels once we were done with them. The air was turned off completely when we arrived, so everything was damp because it’s 100% humidity and 99 degree heat in the middle of summer right now. The light switch for the room didn’t even turn on a lamp. Fortunately, the one lamp in the room was plugged in and had a bulb that worked. There was shampoo, surprisingly, but no other hygiene items besides a wrapped bar of soap. I tried three times to contact the front office with the phone number online, and it just kept going in circles to the same voicemail. Even the number was not attached to the name of the hotel. When I called it, it says “Blue Water Balloons.”

I didn't stay. It was bad enough that I wouldn't stay at all.

While the concierge was lovely I do not recommend this place for their inattention to cleanliness and safety. I went through two rooms before deciding to go somewhere else due to the consistency of lack of care for customer safety

Horror bed bugs run fast

They had to switch my room 2x due to the conditions of it. One room had molded cat food in the ac, was filthy and had mold growing everywhere. Finally the 3rd time they sent staff to make sure it was clean enough for me and my son. They did not have breakfast for the 3 days we were there, said the “tuck” never arrived. The playground was broken and unsafe for children. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! I was told by an employee at Cracker Barrel (we had to go out for breakfast) that this hotel is the one homeless people stay at… that there should say it all!

It is good for what you pay for.

There was no hot water. The sheets were stained. Everything was dirty. All we smelled was people smoking weed. Unfriendly staff. Never will stay again.
