A nice place, great staff

This property has aged and has many items that need attention. Light fixtures taped together barely hanging on the walls in the hallway, floor in the hallways uneven, indoor pool down for maintenance, refrigerator was on the highest setting and was barely cool, toilet ran all night

Room was clean and most staff were helpful and friendly. At check-in the receptionist was feeding a 7 wk old baby and was seen in the mornings in her PJ's with several small children in the eating area. Breakfast was not....coffee was lukewarm, few if any plates, no milk or juice, limited amount of bacon if any, limited amount of bread, and bagels that had seen their better days!

Perfect for visiting the Manassas Battlefield

The hotel smelled, the shower wasnt very clean and there was paint peeling off the walls, the heat kept having a hard time turning on aand you could hear it trying to turn on and the noise from that kept waking us up. The breakfast was limited and there was no juice, only water, tea and coffee.

The facility was not in good condition. There was a terrible noise frim the mechanical room all day and night and they didn’t care. The staff was not friendly and there were dogs violently barking in the hallway at 6:30 am

Great except the pool out of order

Was over Christmas, the reson was for pool,my daughters place was under construction,moved and sorted over a hundred presnts,did not want to move daughter at work no help,to find out no pool,no phone,toilet flooded,breakfast out of order on juice al 9 days and no pool,was only offered $25 off,and when i asked for a discount,manager told me,,her empolyees said i have been complaining to much!!!! Well all the issues wouldnt you? I never said anything about tv kept breaking up and out of order signs on 1st floor bathroom,? Gave me key when my toilet flooded? I had stayed here 2 years ago nothing like this,,should get a big discount,!!!!

It wad good but the room had some maintenance and tv problems. Not serious. I let the front desk know. Besides that all was good.

The hotel had 2 rooms with broken windows. Our first room refrigerator didn't work, 2nd room door didn't work, 3rd room was okay. Cleaning staff was great and friendly. Cold coffee and no juice. Pool was out of order.

Quietly, it felt safe

Room was big and clean. Allowed dogs. Front desk staff pleasant. Very pleased.

it's a decent hotel if you just want something cheap, but not ghetto. the building is definitely very old and probably hasn't been renovated in at least 30 years. the parking lot also looks very run down as well. the maintenance crew is either lazy or running on a very tight budget. some kind of freak accident clearly happened to my sink in the past and rather than replacing it, it was just sealed up with a ton of caulk. the a/c also gave off a funny smell. the tv service was awful. even though it's comcast, it for some reason performed like a satellite service where every channel would just randomly freeze and buffer, making it unwatchable at certain times. the bathroom was a bit grimey, but everything else seemed clean enough to the naked eye. basically, the only thing i liked were the beds/pillows and the wi-fi was decent. the breakfast was good, but i wish it lasted later than 9:30 and staff had the common sense to not start putting it away while people are still there and trying to eat. i hadn't even filled up my plate yet and the guy was just shutting stuff down and yanking food off the table.

My check in was a breeze, and the girl at the front desk was lovely, but I could have done without the black mold in the bathroom, the paint on the door that looked like it was being eaten by acid, and the shower curtain that had been (unsuccessfully) repaired by zip-ties and barely hanging on the rod. If my daughter didn't have a match to compete in the next day, we would have been shopping around for another hotel. Definately off the list for our next trip to the area. (I have photos, but the app isnt letting me upload them...)
