We stayed in a room that fronted on Beverly Blvd. Very noisy all night! The room needs two double pane windows to sound proof the room.

I love the area. Staff sucked.

Quite old and dated. Breakfast was very ordinary.

Needed a place to stay in a very expensive area. This hotel is basic but clean with a friendly staff - and more affordable than anything else. It was our second stay.

For low cost accommodation it can be considered good.

Property was central to everything and the staff was friendly

Had issues with my room when checking in. The front desk receptionist was not kind or friendly. Our had knats that they did nothing about. Sink was broken so the hot and cold were only working sometimes. Breakfast was very limited and not much of a variety to choose from.

The hotel was great. I really want to give a ton of credit to the person up front (Bridgette Joy) she was great, She helped us with some problems with some of reservations from the app & she was overall very kind. The place was pretty nice.

Old hotel but clean. Not upto BW standards Wake up call didnt happen Coffee machine broken Sink in bedroom clogged Hotel doors were open 24hrs a day but not the front desk.

Overall - for a budget accomodation. It does the job. Unfortunately. We ended up checking out early as it was not for us. When I first checked in - staff was super friendly which is amazing! Big tick. However that was about all I can give positives for. Our room was tidy however the fridge rattled all night. The people above us sounded like a heard of elephants running rampant until 4am. The shower ceiling looked to almost be falling down and the carpark was super tight - if I didn’t have someone guiding me I would not have been able to get out without damaging the rental car.

it would be nice if there were a box of tissues in the room

Parking garage has a very narrow entrance/exit ramp. Without help guiding us from a nice man I don't think we would have been able to get out.

Great for a last minute booking. Smell from the swamp cooler was bad though, moldy. Awesome free breakfast items. Clean beds. Some lights in the room were not working though.

Rooms were way too small. Beds are not of true size. My Queen bed was the size of a full. Underground parking very cramped.

Close to Cedars-Sinai hospital.

A good location for my travel plans. The property had an update but not recently. However, the staff works diligently to keep the property clean, so it's a good convenient stay.

This seemed at first like a just decent, although pretty basic, hotel to stay at while I was in LA for a show. But the staff here were absolutely amazing! Incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond. I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to give them a boost for the staff alone. Bridget in particular and the lady at the desk the night I arrived were really wonderful.

Very basic as expected. Location I needed. Price good. Just a place to sleep. Nice, knowledgeable woman at check in at 11 pm! Comfortable bed. Quiet. But noisy bathroom fan, broken light fixture and slightly musty smelling.
