The tub would not drain but the staff was very pleasant and helpful

It’s ok for a cheap price and location to airport. The front desk lady was very nice. The rooms are quiet, but it needs to be more clean and there’s weird smells.

Loved the free full hot breakfast bar and the 24 hour free specialty coffee and the shuttle to the airport. Better with Best Western, Yahoo 😀

Beds were too high and hard to get into. Also asked for handicap rooom and first floor due to my wife being handicapped. Lady at desk said they didn’t get these requests but I listed them on the Hotel site. She was able to get us a first floor room though. The lady was acting quite tired due to working a double shift. Asked for a roll away bed but desk lady said the mgr had the key to the room were they were but was off .

Window was sealed shut, no screen even it wasn't. Smelled of mildew.

Facility was under remodeling in parts so a review would not be relevant.

I had an early flight a stayed the night before. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet. Just 7 minutes from the Sandord airport made it great for me.

New renovated. Clean Has a freezer (important for Ice packs) a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a smart tv. Bed is comfy and a variety of pillows offered depending on preference

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will stay there again on my next trip through Orlando-Sanford.

Desk staff was very nice she handled the difficult person ahead of me with a lot of poise and patience. Clean convient to airport . Appreciate the airport shuttle

Being close to the airport, this hotel is a good stay. The bed was comfortable. We were given a breakfast bag as we left before breakfast was ready. The desk staff were the best!

We saw a total of 5 roaches killed two it was pretty bad!

Had a late flight and needed a place to spend a few hours. Chose this hotel on pictures of pool area and price. Pool pictures were highly deceptive - shows lounge chairs in photo, but reality is 4 beat up seating chairs and a rickety table.

Was not the nicest place

Within 2 hours of being there, we left!!! It was really dirty in the halls and in the rooms. Went to go shower, mold in shower and the water went from cold to hot. Tried to adjust for over 10 minutes. Then kids wanted to swim right when we got there. Pool was dirty, wasps flying around, water was cloudy, and patio furniture was broken. Riding up the elevator and it was rough and made a lot of noises. The inspection sheet by the state that was on the elevator was expired on Aug 1st 2023. Almost two years out of date. Ice maker was also broken. Do Not Waste Your Money!!!
