Great hotel! Our room had to separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Quite and comfortable stay!

I like that it has the feeling of home.

Day shift manager needs to go back to Hotel and Hospitality training. He is just a pupit to the owners greed for money. They have no clue that they are in the service business

There were small ants in the bathroom, bedroom and living room every day that I was there for 3 days.the fire alarm went off at 1040pm last night and The staff had no idea how to shut it off and declined fire department assistance so we had to call 911 to get the fire department over and they could not shut off the alarm so they had to call a tech from the security company just to come over and shut the alarm off and this lasted about two and a half hours...

I arrived late in the evening so took me a minute to figure out the parking but when I made it in I was greeted by a very pleasantly helpful young man. The hotel is long and skinny so a little like a maze but the room was exceptionally clean and big. I was traveling alone and I felt safe the whole time. Will definitely stay again.

Second time here. It's nice for a hotel and feels more comfortable than other hotels

It was safe and quiet staying hotel. I really like the service they provided especially the breakfast condental.

We found a blood stain on our sheets. We were offered a different room but we decided to go to another hotel instead. Also the hallways smelt like smoke even though it said non smoking.

Second time we stay there I personally really like it as well as my kids

It was a family trip for the weekend. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

This is the best spot in San Antonio for a quiet night and basically the top of line amenities you would need. Great spot for extended stay.

It was ok. Service was lacking and not friendly (except for one guy). Needed bedding for sofa couch, phones don’t work to call front desk. So we go down and all they do is hand us a bunch of things. Next day asked for fresh towels before we left for the day. Came back and still nothing. Halls smelled like pot. Told front desk and all I got was “oh well”.

Beds were clean, rooms and furniture need updating. Noisy guests in unit above- I had to call front desk to deal with them. Basic breakfast

I liked that it has a full fridge with a stove top. Really spacious room with a comfortable bed.

We found out till after that they confused my brothers and my room. My room key kept giving issues and they double charged my card. I paid when i got to the hotel and was told i was good and saw the charge on my card app. Then when checking out another person told me my "card did not register correctly last time" so they made me pay again. My card now has a double charge and the receptionist said i "should get the first charge back but if they dont i have to call back to get my refund". The inconvenience of the whole situation on my funds during a trip has left me only giving 1 star.

Overall good but there was malfunctioning fridge inside the room and a few spots in the room were still dirty. Service members were friendly.

I came into Texas from GA with my 2 dogs and booked last minute, so the stay was comfortable and decent for a dog friendly hotel, staff was very friendly as well. Beds were comfy

Very nice and clean. 2 rooms in the suite are plus! Bed not too comfortable. Pillows fair to midland.

My room was outdated and upon arrival when checking in I wasn’t informed that I had to pay a $100 deposit. That wasn’t disclose when I booked my room with Expedia. I feel that it should have been stated it should’ve been in writing, but nevertheless, I paid it. I was told that I would get it back when I checked out my bed was very hard. My room was very cold and to top it out. The icemaker did not work. The toilet was the size to accommodate a toddler or a midget.
