This is a really pretty property in a nice location. The trees in the ground are specially beautiful. The rooms are quite large. The room service food that we ordered was really excellent as was the buffet breakfast. There were some maintenance issues and the gym is very much out of date, but I would definitely stay here again.

Muy decepcionado del hotel. Pedi una capsula de cafe andicional y me la querian cobrar. En ningun hotel del mundo me habia pasado. Nunca espere esta en un hotel de la categoria del Camino Real. Pague $6,500 por 3 noches y no son capaces de darme una capsula que cuesta menos de $20 pesos. Las toallas estan viejas y deshilachadas. El hotel necesita un poco mas de mantenimiento.

This is a good place to stay

The hotel is very neglected, the towels are extremely old, and the cleaning staff is not properly trained to clean. The courtyards are abandoned and strewn with trash; there is no hot water in the bathroom; and to top it all off, the front desk staff is extremely rude.

I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite.

el hotel muy bonito y silencioso, la habitacion muy sucia abajo de la cama, king size, la pata de la cama rota y por lo tanto no estaba plana, un par de enormes cucarachas aparecieron en la noche, personal muy amable y servicial

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. They truly make the place feel welcoming and much better overall. Their kindness and professionalism really stand out.

Beautiful compound like hotel with lovely landscape and outstanding service! The entire facility is spotlessly clean the linens are very nice, and the food is excellent! Absolutely the very best service! It's a wonderful oasis in the city!
