Un séjour de 4 nuits, bien dormi, bon déjeuner, pas beaucoup de place par contre. Je vais y retourner.

The place is nice ..but the breakfast it's poor but was ok, our TV won't work properly, the bed was a King bed extremely noisy ...rooms are rebuilt ok. Front Desk people are nice and friendly. The locations are very convenient and the parking is free and plenty.

Great stay!

Staff were friendly and accessible at any time. Facilities are clean and organized. Love this hotel.

Good for stay and friendly staff

It's a good place to stay. Very good position for those who are going to visit the parks or the outlets. The only thing that would improve is the breakfast space, because it is a little small in correspondence with the number of guests, but everything else is pretty great.

The hotel was fine, and as advertised. Travelocity messed up the reservation, but the staff was able to accommodate. Still waiting for my refund.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the floor was so so dirty, pillows like a rock. Breakfast waa good

Very clean and quiet.

Very close to universal studio and other attractions, also have free parking and free breakfast. My family enjoys the 5 day accommodation..

The property was at 25min walking distance from Universal studios. Overall it was a great stay. There was also a shuttle bus in the morning at 8am to Universal.

AC is very noisy, they even put a lot of air blowers in the corridor to blow-dry the floor at midnight. Elevator smells oily. Everything else is acceptable.

Major issue was noisy AC.

Not a great stay. Poor WiFi connection, 1/2 pools closed entire stay and second was not clean and had broken lounge chairs, front desk staff was not receptive to complaints.

We had a great one night stay, we felt safe arriving late at night because there was police car next to the parking lot. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The breakfast could be better, it was limited, no cheese or ham. Overall a great stay for the price.

It was a good place to stay

Everything was excellent.

It was wonderful as far as service and location. The price per room is excellent. I did find the breakfast section to be overly crowded with absolutely no seating. I didn’t use my complimentary breakfast while staying there. On my last day I did see a small cockroach walking on my toothbrush in the bathroom. That was a bit of a letdown. Also the water from the faucet has a peculiar smell like that of sewage. Not too strong but definitely a strange smell. Everything else I was happy with. We stayed a bunch of friends for the weekend getting 3 rooms. There are several great features like several entrance with key card and microwave and mini fridge.

Overall the stay served its purpose. Nothing more nothing less. The breakfast was subpar but was enough to get us through to lunch while at the park. The overall property inside was confusing in a sense that it the rooms to seemed to have been remolded but may have been a while since it happened. The HVAC unit gave off a weird smell if it wasn’t in cooling mode and so did the sink when the water ran. I think maybe the drains need to be cleaned or maybe mold but I’m no expert. I got what I paid for which was affordability and for it being so close to Universal so I’m not mad. Would I book here again? Ehhhhhh

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was comfortable. The property is older so the rooms are older too. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. However the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable and noisy. Kids slept in it and they were not happy. We were on 2nd floor so we could hear people walking or running on the 3rd floor at night. Most of the cleaning staff was Portuguese so we had to use google translator to communicate with them. Good thing was that the hotel provided breakfast but it’s very basic with very limited options. The cost was lower than many other hotels that were close to Universal, had breakfast and included Wi-Fi and Parking. Overall a decent place to stay for a couple of nights. You get what you pay for.
