Nice hotel. Friendly staff

Room smelled of mildew, no hangers, hair dry did not work, sheets smelled of sweat no clean at all, bath tub water did drain was stopped up, no amenities not even body lotion, no coffee maker in room and it says these rooms are suites, elevator had horrible smell of oil grease odor, overall very terrible stay for me. The breakfast food was cold.

Do not stay at this hotel. Check in took over 30 minutes. Got to our room and there were bugs on the table and a bug in the bed. Changed rooms that room had stains on the sheets finally got to third room and the power on the wall to charge everything went out. It was a terrible stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close enough to the Casinos & without the hefty price tag. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable stay. Want me to make it more casual or fancy?

Room was very spacious, but they didn't have pollows for the sofa bed and none were available at the front desk. Also bath tub was pretty dirty.

The front desk person was great, the inside of hotel was clean, room was okay in need of some repairs. Outside was lacking, lots of trash, empty cans and bottles. Leaking ceiling in dining area. Would not recommend staying here.

Guest services second to none. Room was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

They put us in a room (with 2 small children) that is right next to the exit door. So we heard the exit door slamming all night. The drain in the shower didn’t drain and the toilet seat was excessively loose. The lights and plugs between the beds didn’t work, and then they mysteriously blasted us at like midnight when all the lights turned on. Glad we were only staying one night.

Probability the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And i stay in hotels all along the southern US about 85% of the year. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Also the deposit was $100, ive stayed in 5 star hotels that didnt charge $100. They will not let you request a late check out, and if your not out of your room at 11:01 AM, they start blowing your phone up and harassing you while your trying to hurry and get outa there, and they threaten to keep your $100 deposit if your not completly outa there by 11:10. Wyndham should be ashamed to be affiliated with these people. The rooms were nice and all, its just that the customer service was scraps. Oh and the elevator broke 4 different times why we were there.

I was pleased with everything except the following things… Saw food and trash under the sofa pull out bed! The mattress on the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable! It looked like mold was growing on the jets in the tub!

Great location and service!! We will definitely continue to stay here when in Sulphur!
