One day our room was not cleaned or beds made. No towels for the following day to shower. My niece had to track down one of your employees to get clean towels.

The property overall was decent. I hate the fact that the mattress cover doesn't get washed often and the pillows without cases. They are stained and GROSS!!! Its ok to use some of the money WE pay to upgrade the bedding regularly. We pay to sleep on each other's filth. DISGUSTING!!!

Kids running in hallway late at night. Easy parking, clean rooms. Grass area for my dog to potty

The fitness room was very unclean. The eliptical machine was not working properly and the AC was not working, so it was very hot in the room. My bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

Very nice staff and accommodating, the bed was a little hard and the pool was very dirty, other than that, we had a nice stay

The carpet in the room was sticky. The refrigerator was loud. The bathroom needed some tlc: handle in shower was broken, toilet was loose, the door didn't close all the way, the floor tile needed repair

Stayed here 2 times in the last month, and it’s amazing I really recommend there suite there pretty big and more comfortable compared to the queen beds there rooms are a lot smaller.

I couldnt locate my initial itinerary booked the day before & lost my 2 queen bed room. Hotel is ok. Updated but the corners are dirty in the bathroom, it just seemed like a repainted old car.

The outside area needed some maintenance. The fire pit and lights outside ,did not work.Inside was nice and cozy.
