The front desk for check was very polite. The room was very clean and comfortable

Breakfast staff/lady sounded Rude. She seem to be primarily interested in cleaning her area instead of serving the guest. Front of the desk person in the morning time did not care to help much with the area resources. Need to improve communication skills. Put a welcoming staff member who is warm smiling and wiling to help. Same with the breakfast area staff.

The hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel. They were friendly, the amenities were great, the free breakfast was awesome, the room was very clean, the whole place was clean and the coffee bar available around the clock was a nice perk.

only complaint was no one ever cleaned our room nothing all day went in at nite still nothing rebeca at desk was a doll at least gave us a few towels told front desk at 2pm no one cleaned told me they will get to it nothing!!!!!!! i travel alot but cant handle dumb mistakes even after she was told

Very loud in the hotel. I stayed on the first floor.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was replenished well, tasted great and was kept clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. It was pretty clean, bedding was stained under sheets and sheets were a tiny bit dingy. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was good because there were options.

I Chase for contact list check in when I go to the hotel I was told that I'd just show them my ID then when I got here it was when my credit card for the instrumentals and everything so it made it no easy to check in

The staff polite, courteous, helpful. I enjoy the quietness the cleanliness the breakfast staff was awesome. I wish I could’ve took advantage of the hot tubs in the pool area. I think it was seasonal, but overall I love to stay will be back.
