Unable to get any sleep during the stay. People were so loud , front desk did nothing when called over and over about the noise. Staff gave no advise or offered no solutions. Did not deal with the loud guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Viscount . The staff were great . The amenities very good . The restaurant was very good .

Fellow at the front desk was very abrupt. But fast. Blinds don't cover window properly and it was very bright. Beds were comfortable

Walking thru all the cigarette smoke at the entrance was unpleasant. Dining room closed at 2 pm so the bar was the onky place to get food.

I used to love this hotel but the rooms have gone down a lot and the pool bottom was slimy and bumpy/peeling up. This place needs some upkeep. There was also hair in the night table.

Staff were very freindly, the room.was clean but needed maintenence. Peeiling and bubbling paint near the ceiling on the outer wall. Carpets in thebhallway well worn and needed aerious cleaning. Arm chair in room had seriousley stained seat cushion.

Toilet was leaking first day and running all weekend and they couldn’t switch us rooms. Near the pool was very humid. Lots of weird paint or spots around the room.

The sports Bar is really great and cheap

Disgusting Sewer Smell, Rude Staff, and Unsafe Conditions – Stay Away I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and was appalled by how management handled a serious sanitation issue. On my fourth night, a strong sewer smell started coming from the closet. Maintenance came and confirmed the smell was coming from a sewer pipe inside the closet which has an open ceiling — a completely unacceptable and unsanitary condition for any hotel room. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was met with rude and dismissive service, especially the front desk lady. Instead of resolving the issue, I was off to have a spray bottle to mask the odour. I asked to switch rooms and was told I’d have to pay an additional full night’s fee just to move. I even offered to leave and find another hotel, but they refused to waive the charge. Beyond that, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, the hallway carpets were stained and dirty, and there were always homeless people standing beside the hotel lobby door. The only good part of this hotel is the housekeeping lady. She is very nice and willing to help. This property clearly does not prioritize guest health, comfort, or basic decency. I will never return, and I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to stay far away.
