Great experience

Great staff

The hair dryer wasnt working and the light by the coffie station was burnt out.

Hotel has a restaurant & sports bar both serve great food. Hotel is very close to the Airport. Hotel's pool was good even has a slide.

I would stay again

Very dirty

Experience was ok. Front desk staff was not very friendly. When asking for assistance, appeared annoyed and bothered.

The hotel is safe & clean. The rooms are comfy & well taken care of. The restaurant staff were very friendly & the front desk staff can increase the friendliness.

Truck was broke into in the parking lot

Staff didn’t know what time the pool was open, and didn’t know how to rekey cards… was strange

The staff been there for years and are amazing! The lounge is the best in the city, the pool is refreshing and it’s walkable to polo park and good restaurants. Plus easy for me to get to in the city for a person who hates city driving

Clean rooms

no carpet in rooms. i understand it’s cheaper maintenance wise but sounds echo horribly.

I did not check in as I couldn’t be help by the front desk receptionist John S. I was delayed by a few hours and my children were already there to meet and they had to wait in the lobby

The room was tidy and comfortable. The parking lot was a bit sketchy, and smokers were at the door so you had to walk through smoke to get inside.

The property had a lovely pool and waterslide for guest to use. The downside is of your room is facing the pool you have no quiet until 10pm. We didn't find our room very clean either, someone else's hair in the "clean" towels and the floor felt unswept. We did book through Expedia which didn't describe the room we booked accurately enough for our needs. I had total hip replacement and requires a handicapped suite. This room had no disability accommodations except for a shower bar. The staff also didn't feel very welcoming checking in or out.

Older hotel. It was decent. They did put us beside the elevator and right near a busy intersection. My girl had surgery early the next morning so it was a restful night. I wasn’t impressed.
