My king room was ok wish you had kuregs coffee in the rooms

My king room was above average

building was clean and has a nice bar with great staff and food

Location was good but meeting into traffic from the parking lots was kind of difficult and hazardous at times

Booked two rooms, same price and one (though on the 2nd floor) basically was like a basement room. The window looked at the back of the slide to the pool and the blinds had to be kept closed. The bathroom floor had some gum stuck on the floor. The other room (same floor other side of hallway, unable to get attached rooms per request) one bed was extremely warn out (mattress) though pillows were comfortable. Cigarette smoke came through the A/C vents off and on. Unfortunately had noisy upstairs neighbors and with the new faux hardwood floors you hear every drop or drag or a chair, etc. Later between 1-3:30am strange activity from guests across the hallway with standing outside the room and trading ppl going in and out several times and would not have felt safe to address them. Surprised there isn’t security walking around, especially based on location. If that was on camera it should have been investigated for safety. Overall, didn’t feel welcomed upon arrival and clearly under renovation and I should have asked ahead of booking. The morning redeemed itself with very friendly staff for breakfast and greet service. However, I would not chance booking again.

Good area for shopping

I stayed for 4 days than had to book another day. Our first stay the room was 3 but the hallway was a mess and seemed like it needed cleaning. The second room was really good. A continental breakfast would be a nice benefit.

Room was exceptionally clean but needed renovations only thing that seemed to not be worn out was the floor. I think we might not have been given one of the recently renovated rooms. The Bar was excellent, great service and very comfortable.

Room was clean , staff were very knowledgeable and kind with answers. Restaurant was very good .

We had 2 rooms booked one the couch was so gross and dirty you couldn’t sit on it . The bathroom on the other one the was stuff splashed on the walls and room not cleaned well .

Breakfast brunch was amazing, take out food from lounge was also good. Facility was clean and staff were amazing, price was a nice surprise.

Breakfast was fast. My big issue was the drag racing that was going on in the early hours of the morning. Then the fire station across the street and sirens. Then the night life people arguing in the hallways slamming doors. I didn’t get any sleep.

Crumbs of floor in the room. Other than that, was ok. Hallway carpets throughout need a RUG DR Badly.

The front desk guy was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. The property was mid grade. You can tell they've improved the rooms, but the hallways need some TLC. The property smells of old cigarettes and heavy air freshener to try to mask smells. The rooms were decent though. Good for a quick overnighter. I've stayed at better, I've stayed at worse. Staff were great! Thanks
