I didn’t like the parking situation having to pay each time for parking just give the guess a visitors pass

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Michelle was very helpful during check in, as I was having issues with the key card. The rest of the staff was also great. I loved that I could walk to Publix, Target, the mall, restaurants (20 min or less) I loved my experience at this hotel and Atlanta and am looking forward to my next stay!

Hotel is poorly maintained. Molding missing on many entryways, baseboards. Shower difficult to use. The food in the restaurant was TERRIBLE. Not the fault of the staff-they were great. Basic food product was poor quality. Hilton used to be representative of a luxury brand. Now they are just another mediocre chain hotel.

The room was a bit dirty. The bathroom door had toothpaste and toilet was dirty.

Breakfast was cold and very expensive. I paid Expedia for the room and then they charged me from the front desk as well. No receipt as I left but were supposed to email. Never got it. Saw the charge on AMEX and called to question. Promised a credit but 5 days later had not appeared. Reported charge to AMEX to decline payment.

Service was great with only one person at the counter for check in. I felt bad for her on such a busy weekend, but she efficient. My

Reception staff were exceptional. Can’t say the same for restaurant manager….very moody! Breakfast buffet $19.99 was definitely not worth it. They advertised full American breakfast offering an omelette station….first we were told omelette station not available on the weekends then when Monday came sorry unavailable today with no explanation. Tuesday just simply no omelettes and what you see is what you get! Overall location was key factor for the rating. Rooms are in need of makeover.

I tried to change the dates after booking and this hotel charges an exuberant fee to accommodate the new date. I end up rebooking elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was okay, average. It was clean. Breakfast wasn’t all that and definitely not worth the $17 or $19. That should have come with the room. The neighborhood is great and close to dining, shopping, grocery stores, metro etc.
