I went to take shower at 4:00 am took 15 minutes to warm up to warm. Then husband went to shower at 6 am it would not turn on.

The location was perfect for a short one-day business trip. tie up some loose ends from a previous trip. It met all my needs.

The room was good and housekeeping was good also...no attitude! However the continental breakfast was poor! The muffin was good but the coffee was TERRIBLE!!! I DIDNT DRINK THE JUICE.

there was nothing special about the property. cops showed up a couple times while i was there which felt uncomfortable as if something was taking place there

Had room on 100 level room was clean & up to date…great customer service from Ramsey & Lucas

Hotel itself is not bad. The Jacuzzi was dirty and there was roaches in the fridge. Bed was not terrible but other than that it’s not a bad stay. I wouldn’t recommend spending a week there, but it’s not bad lots of food in the area as well as shopping plus the benefit of having a smoking room is nice.
