Very clean hotel and every staff member was super friendly. Rooms were spotless and very quiet

The place was really nice! Check-in was easy and pleasant, the place was clean and breakfast was fantastic. It was already dark when we checked in, but it just seemed kind of an odd location, behind a convenience store, BUT the convenience store did have a Dunkin' Donuts!

We only reserved a room here because it was half way to our destination and we needed an overnight stay. We were sorry we could only stay one night! I have to say I think this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The lobby was immaculate and we watch a woman cleaning it during breakfast…it was obvious she CARED about her job which explained why it was so nice. Breakfast was awesome, well done, Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful!!! Both the check in and check out staff were remarkable!!! Stay here!!!

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Everything works well (elevators , shower doors, window shades). Gym is nice. Lobby is bright and comforting.

The hotel was great. However the information about the pet fee was not disclosed on my reservation on Orbitz and was a very high fee. I was also not told of the fee at check in during my first visit on Dec 23 and booked again on Dec 28. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known about the high fee but was told this time at check in, and it was too late to arrange other plans. Very disappointed with the lack of details concerning the pet fee.

Staff at check in were very nice. Room was clean. Hotel is close to the interstate. Shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. Immediate surrounding area is a bit run down, but the hotel inside is nicer than expected. We were located on the 1st floor, which was nice because we had a dog. Walmart was only about 10 mins away, and also lots of big shopping areas.

Cleanest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast had lots of options. Definitely will stay again.

Tasha at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly!

I was charged an extra dollar on my bank statement compared to the receipt. A dollar is not a lot but if they do this to everyone it can add up. Bad business practice

Never received housekeeping and breakfast was being shut down before it should have been.

Please check the bathroom and make sure that there is body wash in addition to the shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The body wash was missing.

Did not like that the room was not made-up daily and fresh towels were not provided daily.

We stayed on travel North. Off I-81. The check in was pleasant. The room clean and comfortable. Visited the Woodrow Wilson museum in Winchester, it was great.
