The room was clean, yet there is basic maintenance that could be done. Great staff.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was good. Very good breakfast provided.

This location was spot on!! Front desk staff was amazing, and accomidating when asked if we could be main level as my brother had problems with stairs. The breakfast staff were so nice, came around asking if any of us needed refils on anything. And then my brother forgot his sweater they called us to let us know. We made plans to have it shipped to us. What an nice place.

Great value but it’s older

Everyone was nice. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable.

At this hotel cats are not alowed. So we were lucky to have a motorhome where we left our cat overnight. But in the morning we got a PET charge bill for $50 USD. After I complained the reception we were refunded.

Staff was great. Provided dining recommendations and helped me find my way around the area. Hotel was clean, quiet. I’d stay again!

The bed was horrible, part of the mattress was wet, when we opened the fridge door it stunk so bad. This is the most discussing place I’ve ever stayed at. Plus no elevator

Had to come in a day earlier than expected and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! The king suite was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast both mornings was great!!

Had to stay in Casper as the highway was closed. Very affordable rate and super friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was great, 2 kinds of waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and juices, and pastries. One of the best I have had at a 3 star hotel in a long time.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Facility is dated but in great condition and clean.
