Great for long layover at the airport.

Was good 15min walk to mall. Little bit of a weird smell in room but could of been just mine. Overall hotel seemed good, restaurant was good.

This hotel has friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very convenient location. Free shuttle ride to the airport every half hour.

I like the location and the staff of the hotel.

Staff is great! Very close to airport. Unfortunately, for the price I think it needs to be updated. Pics are old things aren’t as nice anymore as they seem in pictures.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had some amazing touches. The bed was comfortable, there was good lighting and ot was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, plus the dining area and hotel lobby was vibrant looking. Being close to the airport, with efficient shuttle service, I'd stay at this hotel anytime I'd visit Mexico city.

Excellent service. What I like the most is that they have a shuttle from Airport 24/7. Felt safe I really recommend it also they have food. Expensive but still like it didn’t have to go out

Breakfast buffet. Easy to order room service. Room is large. Bed was comfortable.

It’s clean, but quite small. Noise from the airport wasn’t a problem. Helpful concierge. No one informed us that shuttles to the airport must be booked in advance. Slightly inconvenient.

I have no complaints about this hotel. It is my go to whenever I have stay in Mexico City. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very quiet in the evenings.
