When I arrived at 11:30pm there was no one behind the desk. The guy working the desk told a guest in the lobby to tell people that he went on break and he’d be back in 30 minutes!!! I was NOT HAPPY! A few minutes later he came back in and saw me and someone else at the counter and said, “Oh, I guess I won’t be going on break.” So glad he came back but it sure wasn’t the nicest way to be greeted. :(

It was Ok hotel for the money spend , location is definitely good , close the highway , breakfast was very disappointing .

Very pleasant

We only stayed 1 night. We liked it. It was close to everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like were the mattress and pillows. They are pretty firm. Otherwise it’s a great property especially for 1 night.

The staff was friendly and the room was very spacious. The bed was also very comfortable, and breakfast was included. There were also additional dining and fuel options nearby.

Property is clean and updated but seems a little rundown.

It was fine...it was just WAY too expensive for what it was. The no carpet thing is clean, I'm sure, it's just not comfortable. The lounge was under construction too.

The staff placed me in a rented room without water when I checked in at 4pm promising that the water would be on within the hour. At 8pm the water was still not on. After multiple calls to the front desk requesting a solution the water was still not on at 10:30pm. At that late hour it was preferable to drive 3 and half hours home. Renting a hotel room without water is not legal. That was unacceptable and poorly handled.

Safe environment. Local as to shopping stores and near by restaurants.

Floors were still very dirty. Then a cockroach was found in our bathroom the morning we were checking out. We will not be back! Absolutely disgusted!
