Had to change room because of outside noise from highway. Both rooms were in need of updating. Carpets worn, frayed, dirty. Lighting was dim and only one small mirror over bathroom sink. Elevator smelled of recent repair oily. It was a stormy day so satellite tv service was non existent….only Netflix streaming. Morning coffee in lobby not Free and breakfast isn’t free either. The rate for this room far exceeded the value.

The highlight of the entire state was how friendly every single staff member was. Room was clean and comfortable.

No dining/towels & coffee no provide for 2nd night stay

The television channels were not working and the ones we wanted to watch, Fox and ESPN, were not available.

The property was clean,quiet and convenient to the shopping center. What I didn’t like was that someone tried to pull off the handle on the car.

Carpet and bathtub should be cleaned better.. carpet was sticky

I was displeased with the condition of the bathroom. There was mold around the tub. I was upset all weekend that I paid $690 and had to look at mold and rust when I took a shower.

Front desk was awesome. Check in was a breeze, check out was quick.

The A/c wasn’t working currently, the plumbing on the second floor was back up. It was messed up in our room room (212) the phone didn’t work at all. Asking for a refund. It was and extremely bad experience. And nothing was done about t.

I rented three rooms, two of which were on the second floor. The elevator did not work. We were not told until after we checked in. The halls were very dirty. It appeared they had not been vacuumed in quite a few days. The stairs to the second floor had fingers (false) strewn all around.

We stayed for a softball tournament

Well, the maintenance is going down hill. But worse then that, they charged my card the day after I checked out even though it was prepaid through Expedia. They have not yet refunded my $152.09. Criminal.

When we arrived, no lighting around the Hotel. Changed rooms because it was dirty.... in the other room... road noise from the Interstate all night long... would have stayed someone else, if we could have...

Very friendly n professional

The manager lady was very professional, however, the building and aminities were the same as a motel 6. This room was $200.00 and didnt even have coffee in the room .

The property is not well maintained, the floors are worn out the rooms are dingy, it's very loud...... the doors slam, the traffic noise is terrible. I was surprised the Marriot has their name on this one!

The customer service was fabulous during check-in. Mitch was great as far as shuttle service goes as well.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Adequate accommodations. A bit run down. Close to everything.
