It's property was old charm. We wished we had more than one night to stay there and enjoy it

We were placed in a balcony room over looking the parking structure.. We paid extra for a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We also didn’t have housekeeping come once on our three day stay. I know we could have called but thought they would come. The staff were great! We did like our hotel was right on Bourbon street and close to everything.

Renovating. I received notice stating I could cancel or modify my reservation. When asked if I could change it to 1 night vs. 2 I was told no because there was a 2 night minimum. The email was only to modify to a different date or cancel. It’s graduation weekend. No rooms anywhere else. The room had No toiletries, no iron, no coffee, no water, no cups, no ice bucket. It was clean, new furnishings in the rooms. What is left of the renovation was minimal and clean.

We rented three king rooms with poolside balconies for our family. The rooms were perfect…clean, comfortable & quiet. With the balcony door open you could hear the people enjoying the pool but when closed the noise was gone. The hotel was so convenient as you walk out the door and you’re right on Bourbon St. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I planned this family event months in advance & researched several hotels before I chose Four Points By Sheridan and I am very happy with my choice.

The hotel had an old New Orleans vibe and was right on Bourbon Street in the midst of the action. Loved it.

This hotel is in a good location. Easy access to the most sightseeing atractions. Only the problem is pretty noisy at night especially if you stay on the bourbon street side. Glad we stayed on the Toulouse side. Nice hotel overall

Staff was so friendly and accommodating concierge on site safe hotel in walking distance of popular streets in French quarter.location perfect to everything.CLEAN! Enjoyable stay, nice pool dining on site I highly recommend. I will most certainly make reservations here for next visit. THANK YOUSO MUCH!!

Great location, friendly staff

The hotel staff were amazing! We had a room with the balcony facing Bourbon St. If you stay here just expect it to be extremely loud all night. The white noise machine helped drown most of it out though. Our only complaint was the dirty pair of pantyhose that were under the nightstand. If I wasn't looking for an extra outlet they would have gone unnoticed :)

It was a very clean and convenient option for the French quarter

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The valet parking was completely worth the price to take the stress out of finding somewhere to park. This hotel is walking distance to almost everything. We went for a concert and was close enough to walk to the venue, the riverwalk outlets, and just about any restaurant. Being on Bourbon Street our room was so quiet while the streets were loud and packed with people. The hotel does supply ear plugs though.

Beautiful property! Smooth check in. Held luggage until room was ready. Comfortable bed! Great location! Walking distance to Hard Rock and Canal Street. Very pleased!
