Our motel room door did not work well. After the custodian came to extricate us, the door still remained difficult to open. My wife could not open it from the inside. Obviously a very serious safety issue.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast and staff were excellent. The parking is tight, they need more room.

Great stay

The facility had a very unpleasant smell—like old mold and mildew—which was noticeable as soon as we walked in. The photos online are somewhat misleading; outside of the lobby area, the place looks quite run-down. This is more of a quick overnight stop than somewhere you'd want to stay with family. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, room service was a bit rude and didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult when we needed assistance. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or longer stays.

Dated hotel with hard bed and pillows that were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone!

It was the charges and the billing, they charged $10 per vehicle for parking, but parking was a nightmare, if you could even find any, multiple times (in 2 days) we couldn't even find parking. Then they added some tourist charge. Then to top it off everything I have from booking the room to getting my final receipt has one amount, yet they charge my card significantly more, now I have to dispute with my CC company. Ridiculous

Okay hotel. Old but remodeled. Rooms are okay. Very narrow doors and no counter space in bathrooms. Property also added another $10 for parking. Hotel built in 70's or early 80's. A little pricey. Breakfast was large and decent.

The hotel does not have enough parking for their guests. We got a $250 charge with a lock on our tire on the same parking lot due to their lack of designated hotel parking spots. We addressed it to the staff and they said it was our problem. Wish they would have warned us about lack of designated parking for the hotel and we would have to park down the street if no spots found. Does not make any sense for how much money we paid for our stay.

We had a great complicated free stay. Will come back.

The hotel is in a good location and has a nice free breakfast. The room was a tad dated and bed was quite worn down. I suggest that the property consider replacing the mattresses.
