Nice placement amongst the big mega buildings Signage needs to be accurate for how to get to places not for rooms…ie. garage, street level, roof top, pool

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. Only issue is the park in front of the hotel is the home of many homeless people. Other than that its a great place to stay.

I stay at this hotel serval times and really love it, my kids love this property This weekend was definitely difficult since i was traveling with children. Whem we arrived checking was great. However we had to wait for one hour and 45min to get to our room due to elevator issues

We started calling for early check-in 10:00 a.m. nothing was available they kept telling us to call back at different times finally they said they wouldn't have the room available until 4:00 p.m. we arrived at 4:05 a nasty young lady named Erica at the front desk told us they didn't have any rooms available yet due to housekeeping and that she will call us when something was available mind you it was 100° outside and I had been waiting outside all day figuring like most hotels you could get an early check-in and didn't even have to be super early 3:00 would have been nice however I miss my concert I asked Erica for a manager who never came up she just came back and ask for my ID and credit card so I asked her are we getting a room now she goes yes because she never offered that information asked is the room clean she said yes with an attitude attitude was terrible customer service was terrible you never saw the manager just to be given a room where the window is leaking water the walls were all water damaged and we had no towels or washcloth I had to call a second time because we never received the from the first call and we waited 2 hours. The elevator is super slow like a 30-minute wait or more to get on the elevator slowly going down each floor going back up floors coming back down for it never coming to your floor and that's difficult when you're holding packages and luggage I know the Claridge was built in 1930 but it definitely needs to renovation really need an upgrade

The whole experience at this Hotel was horrible. Never again and then never will recommend the Claridge to anyone!!!!

Room wasnt ready till 630 pm ... so i sat at lobby for 2 half hours. Unexceptable

We have a guest next door they he’d a lot noise up to 5 Am we call the front desk the security came but they didn’t stop the noise we paying to not sleep was so bad I will not step there again and the hotel did nothing to accommodate us was bed experience never again

This is the first time I was disappointed staying here. My room smelled, there were toothpaste stains on the door. The toilet paper was low when I got there and when I went to change it someone's tweezers fell in the toilet want I'd rather handle that myself for obvious reasons but the problem was someone else's tweezers being there to begin with. You guys got better with low life's hanging out in front of the building though

Courteous stuff

Spent the 4th and 5th of July at the Claridge. It cost 701.00$ Then they took us for 54 dollars to park, valet refused to let us use a luggage cart unless they did it. Then we got to the room. The dead bolt on the door was faulty and had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix it. Then we found trash in the room, a busted bathroom sink and an air conditioner that was on motion control so when you left the room got really hot. When you slept the room got really hot. We had the worst two nights sleep ever, after waking up in pools of sweat. Then I saw the mattress we were sleeping on. It was ancient with massive brown stains from years of people sweating on it. I woke up with a rash on my arm that now, on the 11th is finally going away. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, reasonable, a run down property in a run down town.

Some employees at the front desk weren't welcoming. Not all just some weren't professional

Everything was great just what reserved overview room the hall ways smelled clean and good room was nice and clean pool area was perfect pool was warm and relaxing. Little issue with check in but both front desk ladies were nice and polite. My only concerns is my family and I was hungry and went to 23flr to VUE was disappointed of the hospitality wasn’t clean and wasn’t please with staff so we left.
