PROS: Love the feel of the mattress.. room was clean.. staff was friendly… convenience of travel to my events was great.. NO BUGS in my room!! CONS: pillows were thick but too hard for me.. door open to the patio would have been nice site to see walking out the room but it looked unkept n a storage for broken items.. love the cat host, gave him a piece of chicken for a tip 😺.. it meet us at the door (this was a pro).. wished the lamps on the desk worked..

The staff was friendly and courteous. The bed was comfortable and clean. The drawers had crumbs or small debris in them. One lamp did not work. Other than that it was great.

There was cockroaches in bathroom had to leave

The staff was very nice and helpful. But as soon as I walked in the room I was greeted by a very unpleasant smell. Furniture was all distressed, the floor was dirty, and the ac also had a weird smell(filters need to be changed?)

Not very clean, needs to be upgraded, 3 towels for 4 people. Breakfast was very limited, juice machine out of order, room keys weren't properly working. Had to keep getting the keys, re-scanned. Had to pull on the handle in order for key to work. Overall, needs proper maintenence. Staff was nice though.

Property was not having working lights, front door very hard to close, restroom with no water from the wash basin. We were offered another room which was not ready. Then again offered another room which was having cigarette burn on the blanket and room with no network so we asked to give back the first offered room. During this change or from the property we lost one lugagge. When we reported the missing luggage but staff gave no importance. We requested to view CCTV but staff has no access only Owner has which we waited overnight and at last when we saw nothing happening we reported to police.

Clogged shower drain upon arrive. Insufficient towels and wash cloth. Uncomfortable bed. Had to make sure she closed the door completely.

I should’ve read the reviews on Google first. This motel is very dated. The house keeping was minimal. The room smelled like some one urinated on the floor. Hot tub broken. Breakfast disappointing. I’m not a high class person, but this place is very low class.

I would not necessarily recommend this property. I felt deceived by the pictures on the site. The property needs better maintenance and a overall upgrade to make the stay more enjoyable. Staff was nice and everything at the front desk went smoothly.

The hotel was a bit run down. Door key slot didnt work well, had to slide key several times to open door. Maid service didnt come to change our towels. Breakfast choices limited.

Shower needs replacing, called the front desk because the batteries in the remote were dead and had to walk from the very back of the hotel to the front desk. It was like 100° in the lobby. It just made me a firm believer that trying to save 30 bucks on a hotel is not worth it anymore. I will pay the extra for comfort. I traveled with my mom and my two teens and nobody wanted to take a shower. We stayed one night.

Area was nice. Towels should be replaced daily and beds made every day not every 3 days or when requested. Our stay was for 4 days and i expected the beds made every day. What service(s) are we paying for then?

They don't clean the rooms every day

this place is dirty and outdated. i will not stay st this place sgain.

The staff & hotel manager were so lovely & very helpful the breakfast was simple but just what you need to start the day we loved the make your own waffle station The cleaners were always laughing and all the staff are very happy it was a nice feeling to see them all smiling . Over all the hotel was a nice stay with some places to eat close by if you like Korean there is lots to choose from & a great family pool hall up the road.

Plenty of beautiful succulents and cactuses but not maintained at all. Property needs a lot of improvement in all areas.
