It is self-service check-in&out hotel. No front desk. Fortunately, hotel staff was walking around and offered an help to us to check our booking. Also there is a guest center where the hotel staff was friendly and helpful informing the location of our rooms since there is no information about it. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Only the air conditioning was not working maximum to make the room colder.
