The hotel's strategic location also offers easy access to the train station and a plethora of dining options nearby. This was a huge help to us.

The mattress spring is broken. So when you sleep, the mattress will sink in the middle. this cause my back was pain. The staffs was nice. the toilet was dirty when I came. I must flush several times to makes clean.

The room that I stayed had some white stain on the left side of the bed .

I have to pay more 40$ per night, they said that it was facility fee. I never used to seen the hotel that let customers pay extra charge before in my whole life and they didn’t tell before. Also the facility was terrible, some room have refrigerator but didn’t have hair dryer (I already asked for, but they didn’t give me anything), the drain in the bathroom is also clogged. I had the worst service in this hotel thoughout this trip.

The air conditioner is broken. And they replace it with the small air conditioner and it 's very noisy. The location is good.

The room was very small, the AC didn't work and finally the room had to be changed.

There was only 1 elevator that was working so check in and check out times were very unpleasant because we had to take turns and it took a long time. Only 1 staff member, a female with medium hair, was friendly, the others were not friendly at all.

Highly recommend this hotel, the subway station is very close and all the necessities are around the hotel.

The Gallivant Times Square is the best location at Times Square and best Price, but The elevator at Hotel must been improved be better.

Good location for Broadway and museums. The bed and pillows were among the best I have experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was a lack of shelf space/hangers in bathroom and electric outlet for phone charging not super convenient location
