The staff was very helpful, the shuttle was great, bar area was nice and friendly. Great location. Some attention to cleaning would be better, windows in room were all dirty, bathrooms very small, only one towel rack. Fresh paint would help a lot.

My room was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathtub floor had dark smudges. The bed smelled odd. It was not at all what I expect for hotel cleanliness. I also think my floor was slanted because the dresser drawers would not stay closed.

The hotel is tired and needs money spent on it to bring it up to date. The walls fixtures are worn and marked. The room itself is also worn and it wasnt cleaned to a very high standard. Behind the TV until and under the desk as thick with dust. In the bathroom there were hairs all over the floor and around the toilet. It is noisy as it is next to a small air field and also the train line is right behind it too so I was woken up by train horns at 4:30am and then helicopters later in the morning. The staff however were great very helpful when asking for recommendations or if I needed assistance. The free shuttle bus is a plus point for any guest. It could be a great hotel if some money was invested in it.

This hotel was clean but dark and unwelcoming hallways, tired capeting, elevators, etc. Staff was pleasant. They did not have info that I could find on dining etc. options in the area.

This hotel has seen better days. Maybe in the 1990s. Everything is dated and worn. Tears in the hallway wallpaper, tears/holes in my ceiling tiles, large stains in the tub, broken elevator in the parking garage. Shuttle service locally was convenient and staff was friendly.

We were assigned a room that had an a/c issue but upon informing into the front desk we were quickly given a new room. Also, rooms were ready early. The is a plus. Ver convenient location downtown and accesible parking.

I always start with the positives. We chose this location due to its proximity to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The location is good, the beds were comfortable, the one mile shuttle is convenient and most of the staff was amazing. They were professional, friendly and full of helpful suggestions. However, the property was really run down and in need of an update. Carpet was coming up in places, wallpaper was peeling…. Garbage was piled up in the hallways and laundry room. We assumed they were short staffed and let all of that go. What upset us more is we had continual difficulty with the key. It kept getting stuck and we would need to insert it several times to enter our room. When brought up to the desk, we received an apology we were informed of a trick to get it to work. Apparently, this was a common problem. Then, one night we could not enter our room at all. The staff was prompt in calling the engineer and it was quickly fixed. However, this is a safety issue. What if there had been a medical emergency or a parent left the room for a minute to get ice and was looked out? It was this incident that prompted me to write the review.

Darneisha & Cane went above and beyond to help me with my difficult check in - Hotels.com messed up and never sent the updated itinerary for my reservation dates. They were extremely patient and friendly during the entire experience and over the next few days during our stay. The breakfast buffet servers were both fantastic as well. This location has fantastic staff in our opinion. They all were absolutely the reason why we would choose this location again. My only complaints are that the room could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom on the floor stove the tub and along the walls. There was visible mold/ mildew growing on the ceiling above the shower that we didn't notice until our last night here. You could tell it had been cleaned before but needed further attention. The one bed frame had metal angle iron protruding which my friend hit her leg on, which cut and bruised her pretty bad. We made the front desk aware of both concerns at time of check out. Which they promptly said they were scheduling it to be looked at. Great convenient location for downtown and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Omg. HORRIBLE! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. First of all, I was doubled booked. I checked in using the app, I even confirmed with the front desk when I arrived. I went into the room, unlocked the door, to find someone already in it! I was so scared! I, female, traveling by myself, found a man already staying in my room. Do you know how scary that was. I immediately left and the front desk gave me a new room. And the new room was dirty and smelled like weed. Aside from that, the parking garage elevator doesn’t work, so you have to take the stairwell that smells like old pee. Corridors are so dirty. I’m glad I was only here for a convention so I only stayed at the hotel to sleep. But I will definitely not be back. Not worth the money.
