Cellai Boutique Hotel is well located, an easy walk to the city center & a reasonable walk from the train station. The room was comfortable with an efficient use of space. The breakfast included a variety of tasty options, both cold & hot. Coffee was plentiful & staff quickly replenished foods & cleaned tables which were completed. Front desk staff was similarly helpful. I peeked onto the rooftop terrace though visiting local exhibitions didn’t allow much time for sitting. The lobby bar was low key, with a wide variety of excellent spirits. There are various seating areas off the lobby entrance where one can sit & chat or read. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Florence!

Value for money and a great location. Friendly staff. Tbh a much nicer room than I was expecting. Decent breakfast buffet. I was in town for only one night and for me it was perfect.

No breakfast this time as I had an early morning flight. Having stayed there a few weeks before, the breakfast was very good. I stayed there several weeks prior and had some issues with my room and the cost associated with it. I wasn’t looking forward to staying there again but no problems this time and was happy with my room.

Every thing was excellent, no parking, and the nearest public parking was far away with crossing lots of fast traffic street.

The staff were top tier, very helpful, pleasantly, and made me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable, cozy, and just the right size. Location awesome close to restaurants, train station, bus stops, and shop. When I come back to Florence, I will most definitely stay here.

Is a preaty hotel but needs cleaning, the rugs of the common areas are very dirty, the entire hotel needs some tlc, is ok to be old and cozy but not dirty. Please fix this the actual premises have a good vive

The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem, you can see the Duomo from the upper most deck, and it’s a quiet refuge from a long day around town. Our room & beds were comfy. The staff made the stay perfect. Front desk and the morning breakfast crew(the breakfast spread was wonderful!)were all very kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
