The room was relatively quiet, clean, and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. One of the gentlemen gave us an awesome local restaurant recommendation an easy 15-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast service was good as well.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.

There was an issue upon check-in with a friend and her room being already taken by another person. The staff member wasn’t too kind or friendly to her when trying to fix a mistake he had made while checking her in. But it was rectified in the end. Otherwise, my stay was lovely.

No issues! We stayed at Hotel Unicorn for 3 nights, and the rooms are basic, but everything was clean, the breakfast was good and it's close to lots of attractions.

The hotel was nice, the rooms large, breakfast hearty, and the staff was outstanding. They helped us with anything we needed including finding taxis and making reservations at a nearby excellent restaurant.

No tissues to wipe nose in bedroom. Had to go washroom for tissues. Very inconvenient. Overall best place in Florence
