Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttles to town and beach. The opportunity to rent bikes and etc. We did not like 1 of 2 of the elevators being down

There is a lot of choice in Key West and we booked the Hilton expecting a basic standard as a minimum, the location and property is in a lovely location, but the room was very tired with loud, drippy AC and an unusual bathroom setup. Walking around the hotel it was not as clean or well maintained and given the cost per night, i was expecting better. Car parking and location to highway was good & there is a shuttle bus that takes you to downtown.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable and being 7 months pregnant.. I could’ve used a cushier bed. I’m not a fan of the matted carpet cause as much as you can vacuum , you never truly know what you’re stepping on if you don’t bring slippers. WiFi or tv service would break here and there. Some stains on the lamps. But all in all, it’s a good place. Come again? Maybe

10/10 will absolutely stay here again! It’s literally a 5min ride to the airport and to get to all the attractions, such as Mallory Square and downtown is about a 10min Uber ride. The hotel has a beautiful and clean pool and hot tub, a tasty bar, great food, a convenient store, an area shuttle, an excursion concierge, and much more! The room was spacious, comfy, and clean (highly recommended getting a balcony!) Overall, my family and I had the most fun-filled and relaxing weekend here! Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent.

Property needs a lot of improvements, but the staff was nice, appreciated the hourly shuttles, and warm cookies. And great pool area.

Property is old and in disrepair. The rooms and hallways were dirty. Facilities are in need of an update. The location was inconvenient and there were no restaurants or stores within walking distance. The hotel does provide transportation into town every hour. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

Our room was infested with Noseeum mosquitoes. Had someone check our room for bed bugs it was so bad. Me and my 2 daughters were covered in whelps. Told the lady at the front desk and she was the rudest person i have ever talked to in my life. Did NOTHING to help the situation and ended up having to leave the property a day early and was not refunded for the early departure. Manager never returned my phone calls. Or reached out in any way.

It was a great way to end our vacation. The location was perfect for our shuttle to the airport. We also used the shuttle to go to dinner in town and it was very convenient! The pool was wonderful and the staff was attentive and friendly! The price we got for our stay was very good compared to other hotels!
