From staying 8 nights, only 4-5 times, the room was cleaned, even though we came home quite late. There is no soap, slippers, toothbrush, body lotion, spoon, etc. Doesn't look ready to receive guests. When you book a trip using the plane kegrand canyon via the hotel, it is canceled twice without notification, it seems that you are using an untrustworthy supplier.
