Good location easy to get around in NYC

Roomer larger than expected. Doing updates that did not affect us. The most amazing part was the staff!

Great location, convenient to city walk!

Pros: location - close to Times Square, subway, 5th avenue. Inside hotel it was very quiet even though close to very busy areas. Large area with coffee, tea and water with tables and chairs to hang out / eat. Cons: would have liked to have a safe in the room; room was on the smaller side.

It’s a nice hotel, but my room was right by a huge fan or cooling unit outside and it was very loud in the room.

Water bottles to fill up yourself and take, reuse. Espresso maker in room, coffee in lobby. I would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room but didn’t see one.

The location was fabulous and not too close to Times Square to notice any lights or noise. Clean and felt safe. In the process of upgrading some areas so a bit worn in those areas.

I recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel, Times Square, and had a great experience. The location was perfect —just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and plenty of dining options. Despite being in such a bustling area, the hotel itself felt calm and quiet. The room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great for getting solid rest. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the availability of filtered water stations on each floor—small touches that made a big difference. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Club Quarters Times Square for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value in Midtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to NYC.

Very clean rooms! Love the complementary water stations!

Great location, room is very comfortable and clean. There are some renovations underway in the hotel so the room and hallway smell or paint. Also the restaurant on site is currently closed. Guests should be informed of this when making a reservation.

Two mornings I had no hot water/shower.

The new suite room was perfect for my family of 4!
