Stayed 3 nights for Universal Studios. Free shuttle was perfect for drop off and we opted to do a Lyft on our return since the last shuttle was at 8:40pm but still better than driving and paying for parking. Free breakfast buffet was a great start to our day with many options to choose from. Pool was clean and open late too. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the entire hotel as well as our room were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The staff was nice and accommodating. We only stayed for a couple of nights and arrived early to head straight to Universal. They kindly let us leave our luggage and do a late check-in, which helped us a lot! We took a $10 Uber to Universal the first day, and the next day we used the free shuttle, a great perk. The room and pool were clean, breakfast was basic but nice, and there are fast food places nearby (Burger King and Wendys) . Would definitely stay again!

Clean and very nice hotel

It was nice breakfast was really good location was excellent as well.

The positive is that is not far from universal studios. However, Is a old property, coffee machine in room was rusted. Room did not smell fresh. I requested a wake up call and never received it. Breakfast is included but is not worth it. I chose this property because of my loyalty to the brand. This property did not meet expectations.

No issues. It is a 35 minute walk to Universal. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff.

My group had a wonderful time! My partner and I went to Universal Studios, while we were at the park for 2 days my grandma and her friend got to hang out by the pool. There’s free parking at the hotel, and a free shuttle ride to AND from Universal. The rooms were clean, fresh towels by the pool. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. The people at the front desks were so kind, answering any questions we had. We arrived early before check-in, went to lunch, and our room was ready 2 hours before check-in time (don’t expect this for everyone but how awesome is that!) My family and I had an amazing time here and we will highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal
